Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide medical evaluations
• Draft demand letters and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• Maintain detailed case records and ensure the timely progress of claims
• Provide empathetic legal counsel to clients
• Opportunity to work in a client-focused, casual, and supportive office environment
• Semi-remote work may be available

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Bar license in Missouri or Illinois (or working towards both)
• Prior experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases (plaintiff or defense side)
• Strong written communication skills, including demand writing
• Ability to handle a significant caseload and manage client relations
• Spanish fluency and experience in Workers' Compensation law are preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar License (MO or IL)
