Choate is currently seeking junior attorneys with experience in corporate and transactional work representing private equity & venture capital investors and technology and life sciences companies in equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, and recapitalizations. The ideal candidates will have excellent professional judgment, will be highly motivated to provide exceptional client service, and will value the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment. Large firm experience is preferred.
