Great Neck office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family immigration attorney with 3+ years of experience in Family Immigration law. The candidate will represent individuals at their Adjustment of Status, Stokes, and I-751 interviews. Will analyze and prepare case submissions such as U-Visas, T-Visas, Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, and Alien relative Petitions. Meeting all internal/external deadlines set by set by USCIS and Immigration Court. Review and supervise weekly/monthly paralegal task assignments. Must be a member of the State Bar (NY preferred). Bilingual (Spanish/Urdu/Bengali) essential.
