Exceptional ability to collaborate with and coordinate the efforts of a wide array of legal experts in various disciplines in connection with corporate and operational matters. Minimum 4 years’ experience as a corporate attorney. Juris Doctor Degree/law degree from an accredited law school. Admission to State Bar. Strong working knowledge corporate governance related matters and M&A transactions. Strong working knowledge corporate and commercial real estate. Ability to negotiate new business contracts.
