The Manager of Federal Program Operations is responsible for the effective implementation of Title I, Title II, Title III, and Title IV services. As the leader of the Title Service Team (Title I Manager, Title II, III, and IV Manager, School Account Managers, Title Events Coordinator, and FACTS Ed Co Coordinator), this position defines the standards for the delivery of Title services, ensures the effective work flow from approving the Title services contract and its successful implementation thru the invoicing of the LEA, as well as follow-up and renewal options for the private school. In addition, this position works with the associates of FACTS Education Solutions to enhance teaching and learning with schools engaged in its Title services program. As a member of the FACTS Education Solutions Leadership Team, the Director of Federal Program Operations also shares in the responsibility of building a company to fulfill its vision of becoming the premier education services provider for K-12 private and faith-based schools.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Federal Programs service contracts.
Engage with members of the FACTS Education Solutions leadership and Title Services Team to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of Title I, II, III, and IV services.
Provide support for issue escalations within the Title Services program.
Establish, maintain, and administer Title Services surveys and communicate their results along with recommendations for improvements to the leadership team.
Develop and maintain loyal and trusted relationships with schools and LEAs seeking and/or receiving Title services.
Ensure compliance with all facets of Title I, II, III, or IV contract details.
Communicate expectations in a timely and clear fashion.
Define, document, and educate team members on internal protocols and procedures, with the expectation that they will be properly maintained.
Participate in the leadership, strategy, and budget meetings.
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education.
Graduate degree in Education or related field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years working in private schools with 5 in a leadership position.
Minimum of 3 years working with Federal Government Education Programs, including ESSA, ESEA, NCLB, E-Rate, and IDEA.

Strong familiarity with project management.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in a leadership position centered on collaboration.
