The candidate must be able to coordinate a sizable workload and excel in a fast-paced environment. In this position, must also have a superior client-centric, diplomatic approach to internal and external needs as well as the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under the pressure of competing deadlines. Should have experience conducting full title searches to NH Bar Association title standards. Should have familiarity with title updates and asset searches. Experience in preparation of title reports summarizing the results of a search. Expertise drafting title insurance commitments and policies. Knowledge of preparation of commercial closing documents, including property descriptions, deeds, easements, discharges, releases, assignments, affidavits and closing statements is needed. Experience attending closings, arranging for loan payoffs and obtaining mortgage discharges, and recording or coordinating the recording of the closing documents is required.
