Duties: Play the vital role of being the main line of communication with clients. Help manage and execute legal estate plans. Greet each prospect and client with a warm, down-to-earth smile, helping them feel at ease. In addition to in-person appointments with clients, also communicate with clients via email and telephone on a daily basis. Responsible for running annual review meetings for all your office’s clients. At these reviews you will help update existing legal plans and find additional legal opportunities. Do help with task management, appointment scheduling, and event workshop support. During meetings, may sit second chair with the attorney and take notes, or could run the meeting on own to handle a legal closing. Interact with clients a lot.
