The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice. Should also have some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
