Entry-level Corporate Counsel

The candidate will primarily provide effective and timely advice in negotiation and management of client and vendor contracts, and privacy and data matters. Will assist the General Counsel on company legal, regulatory, and business matters. Perform legal research, review, and prepare contracts. Support and work closely with senior leadership on all legal matters. Manage relationships with multiple departments across firm - Sales, Human Resources, Operations, etc. Partner with the sales organization on negotiation and management of client and vendor contracts.
