Probate Litigation Attorney
The candidate will supervise of paralegals and other staff related to your case list. Retention of existing clients. Represent the clients in Court. Communicate with clients regarding case updates. Manage calendar of deadlines and ensure all filings are completed prior to deadlines with the Court. Draft and revise legal documents pertaining to your client's matters. Advise clients on legal matters. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have JD, active TX license, 3-5 years of experience in the qualifications listed above, and be driven to serve clients and meet their needs. Should have 3-5 years of experience practicing in probate, estate administration, and guardianship. Trial experience is required, jury trial is a plus.
