Director, Managed Review
Duties: Demonstrates success directing efforts in strategic design of large-scale managed services engagements blending legal and regulatory contextual background with strategy and operations knowledge. Provides strategic oversight and day-to-day oversight of the Managed Services delivery organization. Demonstrates the ability to partner with stakeholders in project design related to a variety of Legal Managed Review initiatives across the Company’s business groups. Delivers forensic technology, eDiscovery services, and related engagements where Managed Review is one of the components. Demonstrates working experience with the following products/tools: Nuix, Relativity Processing, Relativity Server, RelativityOne, AgilityBlue, and other common eDiscovery tools. Identifying and addressing client needs, leading client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of firm services, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents, and managing project economics. Builds and maintains client relationships. Partner with Sales ro provide advisory services during the pre-sale phase, align strategy, and report progress to meet quarterly and annual targets. Provide client consultation within the context of client inputs and goals to optimize data populations for early data assessment, review, and production. Leads teams, establishes direction and motivates members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation. Responsible for staying current with customer, industry, and RICOH business trends. Builds executive and influencer level relationships internally and externally. Responsible for assisting with attaining revenue/gross profit plan and account retention/development. Ensures effective recruiting, performance management and coaching, provides challenging assignments and opportunities for development, and rewards performance through effective recognition and compensation management. Educates the organization of market and industry changes/trends as well as competitive developments, that may potentially impact strategic plans and operational objectives. Understands compliance requirements related to HIPAA, HITECH, PHI, Safe Harbor, Sarbanes Oxley, Record Creation and Retention Policy (RCRP) and Internal Audit programs. Collaborates with the Company’s Marketing, Account Management, and various the Company’s sales groups to ensure the development, delivery, and support of efficient, cost-effective, profitable services and solutions. Performs other duties as assigned.
