Assistant General Counsel - Sourcing and Branding
The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating directly and/or managing outsourced legal work related to contracts for professional services, business/client services, travel services, sponsorships, HR services, contingent resource services, and market data licensing. Advising senior executives on legal issues related to contracts and business strategy. Providing support on international sourcing agreements, working closely with counterparts in the organization in the UK, Ireland and Bermuda. Collaborating with Corebridge attorneys specializing in privacy/cybersecurity, IT transactions, and insurance/securities law to provide seamless, high-quality service to our clients. Advising business partners on intellectual property risks and management through management of outside resources to provide high-quality legal advice related to intellectual property and trademarks of the company. Accountability for overall intellectual property and trademark docketing management whether docketing is done internally or by a third party.
