The candidate will be responsible for drafting comprehensive complaints and briefs in various trial and appellate courts, taking a significant role in managing large discovery matters and performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues. Should have 3-6 years of experience with exceptionally strong writing, research, and analytical skill. Experience in plaintiff’s side securities litigation is a must.
