The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business litigation and possess the ability to handle complex cases independently. This position requires a Juris Doctorate Degree, a Massachusetts Bar license, and a minimum of 7-10 years of litigation experience.

Job Details:

Duties:

• Handle small and large, complex business litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Argue substantive/dispositive motions in court.
• Conduct significant depositions, both as the deposing and defending attorney.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Demonstrate exceptional research capabilities and analytical skills.
• Manage most phases of litigation independently.
• Work collaboratively as part of a legal team.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts (Member of the Massachusetts Bar). Multiple state Bar admissions are a plus.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Stellar client relations skills.
• High self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Exceptional technical skills and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to draft legal documents with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
