Responsibilities: Gather client requested information and draft responses for RFPs and pitches, track the results and prepare summary reports. Track new and existing client opportunities in the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) system. Coordinate client event and conference logistics, including tracking attendees and assembling all event materials. Process and review website biography updates. Prepare drafts of legal directory and award submissions. Create and maintain business development collateral, including brochures, one-pagers and presentations. Compile business and industry research in support of new business opportunities. Assess strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with BD Managers/Associate Directors as needed on cross-selling initiatives, client coverage teams, client feedback and experience management.
