Digital Marketing Specialist
The candidate plans and executes all website and SEO-based projects. Responsible for contributing to other digital marketing action items, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, and SEM. Design, build and maintain our technical SEO needs. Measures and reports performance of assigned digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights and optimizes campaigns. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plans execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. 2-5 years of relatable SEO and Digital Marketing experience required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred. Proven working experience in digital marketing (brand side or within the legal field is a plus) required. Demonstrable experience leading and managing all aspects of SEO and contributing member to the email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns required. Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, reporting, reporting, and research required. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, heat mapping, and other modern website tactics required. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.). WordPress experience is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints required.
