Reviewing, revising, and drafting various employment policies, manuals, and agreements for employers. Consulting with clients to ascertain the details, issues, and merits of each case. Conducting and legal research. Drafting and responding to legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Representing clients at meetings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Should have 5+ years of Civil Litigation experience as a practicing attorney. Should preferably have 3+ years of practice with a focus on employment law. Should be admitted to practice law in Florida. Admission in other states is a plus. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
