Support and lead litigation matters involving:
Federal securities fraud
Class action opt-out cases
Shareholder and creditor rights actions
M&A disputes and valuation litigation
Handle responsibilities across all stages of litigation including:
Legal research and drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs
Discovery, including depositions and document review
Case analysis and trial preparation
Participation in appeals as needed
Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution
Law school graduate from the class of 2020 through 2025
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Demonstrated interest in litigation and financial industry matters
Eagerness to take on substantial responsibility early in career
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in
Superior writing and oral communication abilities
Intellectual curiosity and sound legal judgment
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a high degree of personal initiative
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong client-service orientation
Substantial early exposure to casework, including litigation strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation
