The Client Success team is responsible for onboarding and servicing EP clients in the most efficient and client-centric manner and by maintaining a lens on continuous improvement. The ultimate outcome is to ensure clients are successful in achieving the value they expected by doing business with us, and become advocates of KeyBank in the process.

The Onboarding Program Manager is a dynamic role which owns the end-to-end onboarding experience for the client. They are the main contact and program manager from KeyBank, leading the clients through the post-sales experience to ensure clients are quickly and effectively using EP\'s products and services. Onboarding events can range in size and complexity, and the Onboarding Program Manager will be expected to actively manage multiple onboarding events at a time in various stages of completion. The Onboarding Program Manager will work closely with clients, FinTech partners, sales, and back office support teams to ensure successful and timely implementations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for assigned onboarding packages, including completion of agreements, configuration of services, training and initial use of services.

Lead meetings with stakeholders, including sales team members, clients/users, vendor representatives and other internal or external partners, clearly understanding and articulating the priorities, objectives and expectations to meet the clients\' needs.

Create material to support the onboarding events, maintain transparency for stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.

Develop, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure clients are receiving best-in-class client experience and business development objectives are met.

Serve as a subject matter expert for product implementation and configuration questions or issues.

Be an internal advocate for client needs and solve potential roadblocks to successful implementation of client services.

Adhere to all Risk policies and procedures.

Initiate and conduct necessary research that may need to be done in conjunction with onboarding packages.

Limited travel required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\'s Degree or similar work experience with a minimum of 1 - 3 years of banking or cash management sales experience.

Possess strong Analytical and Project Management skills (process analysis, steps required, data required, ask second level questions, professional curiosity, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience presenting to clients

Self-motivated and ability to participate effectively in a highly collaborative work team

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships

Detail oriented and ability to follow through

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project/ Monday.com (project planning tools).

Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.

This position is NOT eligible for employment visa (e.g., H-1B) sponsorship. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Stated on a full-time basis.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of \$65,000.00 to \$80,000.00 annually
