The candidate' must have 6-8 years of transactional experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits and resources of a large, international law firm. The associate hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Working collaboratively on complex energy transactional matters; Providing counsel to clients on complex policy and business issues; Supporting the growth and management of client relationships; Performing general research and writing tasks for a variety of clients.
