Senior Paralegal

The candidate should have legal experience in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and real estate law. Bachelor's degree in a law-related field and preferably have 3 years of experience . Consumer Lending-related legal or compliance expertise. Be a skilled drafter of various litigation, transaction and compliance documents supporting legal initiatives with minimal oversight and be able to seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Analyze information, perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings and motions and prepare legal documents and reports. Have a strong understanding of business operations and process and of the key legal and regulatory issues impacting their area of focus. Communicate effectively with other teams with respect to issues of questions that arise during the trust review. Assist with other Legal team projects or new matters as assigned. Assist team members with questions that arise regarding origination and servicing matters. Have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. Exercise independent judgment and assist leaders and team members through clear and concise communication. Assist Counsel in litigation matters.
