Cloud Security Architect
Duties: Ownership and definition of cloud security architectures and policies for new and existing cloud and cloud-hybrid systems. Act as subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures. Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies. Design and develop cloud security architectures and perform architectural reviews. Ensure security is built into Azure Cloud designs from inception and throughout the solutions lifecycle. Provide thought leadership in the development of new cloud-based services engaging with other teams to provide guidance and recommendations for the most effective cloud security controls. Perform risk assessment of proposed and existing system architecture for compliance with security best practices, recommending technical, administrative and physical controls to mitigate identified risks. Lead compliance efforts based on selected industry frameworks and compliance standards. Identify innovative opportunity in cloud technologies and processes to strengthen security posture and drive evolution in applications and services. Communicate on cloud security requirements and improve security awareness with development and operational teams. Build up cloud security expertise across the Information Security community through sharing expertise and coaching. Be able to manage self-contained projects and proof of concepts within the group to defined success criteria in a secure fashion to group standards (creating such standards as may be required for new initiatives). Contribute to building and maintaining an inventory of products, applications and tools. Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Chief Information Security Officer or Global Chief Technology Officer.
