The candidate will be prosecuting and maintaining patent and trademark portfolios for businesses throughout the U.S. and international markets, handling high-profile patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases in state and federal courts. Should preferably have an advanced technical degree in Chemistry, Biosciences, or Electrical Engineering and a broad range of experience including patent prosecution, counseling, strategy, and licensing, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop business, maintain client relationships, and manage and mentor junior attorneys.
