The candidate will work with a group of collaborative professionals that represent government agencies and companies interacting with government agencies nationwide. Should have strong research, statutory interpretation, writing, and analysis skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative, keen attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to work well as part of a team. Should have experience translating "legalese" into plain language for non-lawyers. Experience with unclaimed property/escheat law is preferred. Experience structuring, negotiating, and revising contracts are needed. Experience with government contracting, real estate, and/or federal grants are essential.
