IPPMS Manager
The candidate will report to, and work directly with, the global IP&T Practice Manager and be responsible for the management of IP&T global electronic process and procedure workflows programmed, implemented, and maintained in the global IP&T Intellectual Property Program Management System ("IPPMS") system. Assess of IP needs, planning, development and maintenance of the IPPMS events, workflows, screen designer functionalities, name records, case data comparison tools, document generation planning and development with subsequent testing and implementation of the various complex components of the IPPMS. Coordinate and manage data import and export transition of data. Maintain and manage client access portals to the IPPMS. Development of online firm and client training materials. System maintain and management to include review, testing and implementation of law updates and system application upgrades and functional changes. Should have 8+ years of IP support experience in a law firm environment.
