The candidate will review and negotiate legal contracts on behalf of the company. Draft required contracts and legal documents. Ensure contracts are in compliance with the laws. Ensure the rights of the company are protected under all circumstances in its contracts. Provide legal counsel and advice to internal customers on contracts. Provide general legal advisory services in connection with contracts or any other legal matters affecting the company. Ensure activities of the company do not give rise to claims. Form a liaison between the company and its clients and between the legal department and its internal customers. Ensure working practices in the company are as per law and regulations. Help policymakers of the company formulate correct plans and strategies by providing input regarding the legal implications of such plans.
