Legal Support Coordinator
The candidate will prioritize and execute tasks quickly and accurately. Format and set up documents including pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare shell documents for attorneys in preparation of discovery, orders, motions, and trial documents. File litigation documents with state and federal courts. Time entry, process client bills, conduct client conflict checks, transcribing dictation. Maintain calendars with litigation dates and deadlines as well as other necessary dates. Review vendor invoices and requesting checks for payment in a timely manner. Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparation for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials. Should preferably have 3+ years of legal experience; have administrative experience. Typing skills of 65+ WPM is required.
