Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will report to the Associate General Counsel responsible for corporate and securities law. Primary responsibilities of the position include to, the following: Preparing and filing various SEC documents, including Section 16 filings, and organizing the annual shareholders’ meeting. Assisting with completion of NYSE listing requirements, including periodic attestations and dividend declarations. Assisting with other legal and regulatory matters pertaining to the Company's status as a public company. Supporting the Board of Directors with certain corporate governance matters. Managing U.S. corporate entity governance (i.e., formation, mergers, and dissolutions) and other corporate secretarial matters. Managing the process of signing and tracking legal documents using the Company’s global contract management system. Providing general support to Law Department and assisting with special projects, as needed.
