Business Process Manager - Prepared Foods Network Strategy

SUMMARY: This position will support the Prepared Foods Network Strategy team’s efforts to establish and execute growth and optimization supply chain workstreams across the enterprise. Focus will be on process improvement, creating standardized reporting, data analytics, and building visualizations to highlight compelling supply chain insights. The person in this role should have a drive for uncovering insights and details. This role will have the opportunity learn the entire Prepared Foods Supply Chain, Category portfolios and develop business acumen.

Responsibilities include: supporting front-end strategy planning by working with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, compile and analyze data and documenting insights. Create standardize data analysis templates and visualizations supporting these efforts. Analyzing existing enterprise processes and systems to identify ways to improve long-term capacity planning in order for the Prepared Foods business to meet its objectives. Developing and maintaining a capacity project database/roadmap integrated with medium and long-term capacity planning processes. Facilitate periodic capacity project portfolio status reviews with supply chain stakeholders (operations, engineering, and planning).

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience; including a role of similar responsibility/scale in Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Engineering, consulting or related field

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Travel: Limited travel

Position Specific Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn detailed analysis into insights that can lead to strategic business decisions.
