Privacy Counsel, Services and Solutions Group
The candidate will conduct pre-launch privacy reviews and assessments for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s IT solutions and services across PC, mobile, infrastructure, and smart verticals, including attached services, managed services, and as-a-Service offerings. Monitor, analyze, and report on privacy and data protection legal, regulatory and policy developments and advise on requirements and standards that may affect SSG, its business functions, customer relationships, and its supply chain. Lead and/or support important projects to design and execute privacy and data protection policies and data governance strategies to meet global legal requirements, industry standards, and customer requirements. Provide advice and counsel on privacy and data protection incident investigations and response and mitigation workstreams in partnership with security teams and other stakeholders. Provide advice and counsel for the customer, supplier, and partner agreements. Design and execute privacy and data protection education and awareness training and resources for SSG and the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. community at large. Participate in additional Global Privacy Program and SSG Legal Team projects and initiatives.
