The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Federal and state court experience and/or financial institutions litigation experience are preferred. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
