Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Advertising, Marketing, and Promotions Partner to provide expert legal counsel on various advertising, marketing, and promotions matters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in traditional and new media advertising law and demonstrate a commitment to fostering client relationships and expanding the firm's practice.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new media.
• Protect clients’ business interests and brand elements throughout all stages of campaign development and execution.
• Counsel clients to avoid and respond to challenges from government agencies, competitors, and consumers.
• Lead litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims in court and before relevant bodies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• 10 years of specialized experience in advertising law.
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving legal landscapes and firm needs.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently or within a team.
• Experience in mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.

Education and Certifications:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
