Part-time Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will perform a variety of duties including researching law, investigating facts, and preparing documents for attorneys according to established policies and procedures. Utilizing knowledge of complex litigation to assist attorneys with trial preparation, continual review and management of case files, preparation of and responses to initial discovery, i.e. interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, issuance of subpoenas and preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, factual chronologies, medical chronologies, agreements, deposition abstracts/summaries and/or trial binders for use by attorneys. Should have 3+ years of experience of general civil, business, product liability and employment litigation, E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court, strong communication and client service skills, a working knowledge of Relativity, internet software, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Pacer, Sanction, and TrialPad. Must have experience in general civil, business, product liability and employment litigation.

Work hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
