Key Duties:

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to devise and implement case strategies.

  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or energy litigation is preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
  • Strong interest and capability in appearing in court and handling various litigation matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Kentucky State Bar Association.
