The candidate will be counseling institutional managers on SEC matters involving the Investment Advisers Act and/or Investment Company Act and related rules. Negotiating and drafting transactional documents for investment managers. A Juris Doctor is needed. Should have 2-6 years of experience. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. Should have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
