Duties: Provides guidance on compensation programs and practices, including job benchmarking, salary structure design, job architecture, short- and long-term incentive plan design. Evaluates sales compensation plans, including benchmarking, sales/commission plan design, modeling financial impacts, plan implementation and employee communications. Participates in multiple executive compensation engagement types including benchmarking and/or designing base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, executive-level retirement, and deferred compensation programs for a diverse client base Manages client projects from start to finish, translating client needs into analysis and design recommendations across various compensation topics. Participates in marketing and business development initiatives including support on developing compensation work and methodology approaches and drafting supporting proposals. Reviews the calculations and work product of peers and junior employees for accuracy and reasonableness.
