Duties:

• Evaluate and litigate complex insurance coverage and bad faith claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
• Review and analyze extensive document productions related to cases.
• Work closely with clients to provide sound legal advice.
• Develop strategies and arguments for complex litigation cases.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and legal professionals on high-profile cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance coverage or bad faith claims litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating insurance policies and claims.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania is required; additional licenses in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and/or Illinois are preferred.
