The candidate will handle a variety of complex matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities. Should have a Juris Doctor. Should have 5+ years of experience in some or all of these areas. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Corporate and securities experience for real estate investment companies is a plus. Should be a self-starter and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is a must and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Must have portable business with real estate transactional experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
