This position can be worked at our hub in Omaha, Nebraska or Marion, Illinois. This position can also be worked remotely.  Please note this position can only be worked remotely from the following states:  Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.

 

My Hyatt Concierge Specialists have a strong knowledge of the overall World of Hyatt program, including offerings and opportunities for My Hyatt Concierge qualified Globalists.  My Hyatt Concierge Specialists utilize individualistic talents to connect and support our “members only” group of Globalists in order to drive irrational brand loyalty. 

','!*!Experience:

A minimum of 3 months in Care & Support Advocate(CASA) role is preferred

6 months using Hyatt systems (Reserve, Tally, Service Now, Star) preferred

 

Additional Comments and Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred

Schedule flexibility that could include nights and weekends, as well as 2 holidays per year.

Ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently

 

The chosen candidate will work the below schedule:

1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Sunday & Tuesday Off)

1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Sunday & Monday Off)

1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday & Saturday Off)

1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Sunday & Thursday Off)
