SAP Billing Project Manager
Duties: Implement the Firm’s new financial system, SAP, within the Billing department including the development of project plans, management of project schedules, maintenance of project documentation, ensure proper change management and communication, identify risks, and facilitate project meetings to ensure project deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding the SAP project, technology and functionality. Lead team of stakeholders on selected projects that require cross-functional engagement with key staff across the Firm, and with external stakeholders, as appropriate. Team would be tasked with the creation of functional requirements, test plans, implementation strategies and IT coordination. Translates the strategic plan into actionable and timely training and organizational development programs that will support the attainment of strategic business goals and operational objectives. Develop and communicate project plans, status reports, communication plans and other documents and presentations. Provide support and training to users on process updates and new technology. Define, track and report success metrics. May supervise and manage employees relating to the project management, strategic planning and implementation support for key initiatives.
