Intake Attorney

The candidate will review intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case. Serve as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints. Provide legal guidance to the firm’s paralegals and other staff as needed. Work with department supervisors to ensure that all clients or prospective clients receive world-class customer service. Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Must be licensed in NC, have submitted an NC comity application, or have completed the NC bar UBE transfer process. Should have 5-7 years of personal injury practice experience Should be able to use independent judgment to evaluate the viability of the case & whether or not the firm should accept the case. Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are needed. Should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Should demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. Experience with Needles or other case management software is a plus.
