Bryan office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with 3+ years of legal experience (first chair experience in 5+ contested property and 5+ contested custody bench trials). The candidate will analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals. Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys. Responsible for the competent provision of legal services including legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery. Manage the full discovery process including strategies for the overall success of cases. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
