The candidate will connect with prospective clients by actively listening and asking the right questions to understand the caller's incident and injuries. Thoroughly and compassionately gather the pertinent information required for the case evaluation. Manage a high call volume while providing an outstanding client experience. Initiate, build and maintain thorough client files in the database as a part of the client onboarding experience. Demonstrate the ability to effectively and thoroughly complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibit strong time management by prioritizing competing tasks. Effectively communicate, verbally and written, with prospective clients, the attorneys evaluating the potential case, and internal team members. Collaborate with the marketing team to track incoming leads. Other duties as assigned by Attorney or Management Team. Spanish skills are preferred.
