HR Generalist
The candidate will assist with the recruitment process in corresponding to candidates, scheduling and completing interviews, background checks and drug screens for collection of applicable information and setting up personnel files. Track and disposition candidates in the Applicant Tracking System. Participate and continue to enhance the new hire onboarding process. Coordinate and set up new hire orientation materials and facilitate training sessions. Administer Learning Management tool to include learning platforms by adding users, assigned learning curriculum, and running reports. Provide excellent customer service skills and discretion in dealing with internal and external customers. Coordination of various employee related programs and perks (i.e. Employee Referral Program, the firm Way To Go, etc.). Provide administrative and technology support effectively utilizing Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other applicable software packages (i.e. HR Connection, e-Time). Provide expertise in the area of general administrative duties of managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, project support, filing and typing of correspondences as it relates to Human Resources programs and activities. Update and maintain miscellaneous department logs and databases used to track department/organization activities for reporting. Bachelor's Degree in business or HR management and/or equivalent experience is required. Should have 1+ years of relevant HR/business experience required.
