Mandatory Qualifications:

Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst

Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience in requirements analysis, identifying, documenting, and validating requirements for continuous integration and deployment.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.

Desirable Qualifications:

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system

requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience on projects analyzing, extracting, transforming, and documenting legacy systems' functionality, system logic, and business rules.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements on a mainframe modernization project covering multiple complex functional domains.

Between four (4) and seven (7) years' experience utilizing requirements management tools, such as Blueprint.

domains. Analyze system logic and business rules. Report to management. Present to various stakeholders. Work well in a team environment with other analysts, clients, management, and other project team members.
