The candidate will assist with strategy for enhancing the regulatory change management program. Review and analyze regulatory change notices in multiple countries. Communicate with stakeholders to understand relevance of regulatory updates. Assist with end to end workflow of monitoring regulatory changes. Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics. Work closely with Compliance Engineering on UAT and system enhancements. A Law degree is required. Should have 3 years of experience in legal, compliance and/or risk management in the financial services industry (extensive knowledge of global regulators and the RCM process preferred). Proven experience in managing change in a dynamic environment across multiple entities, businesses, functions and/or jurisdictions. Strong project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with individuals at all levels in the organization. Experience in utilizing or maintaining a repository for regulatory updates (e.g. GRC platform) preferred. Detail-oriented and able to produce quality work products, even when working under tight timeframes. MS Office proficiency; advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
