Ensures accurate, complete, and timely code assignments for all physician/healthcare providers.Requisition ID16509BROptional AttachmentsProfessional/Personal Reference, Professional License/Certification, Recommendation/Referral, Other Documents Supporting QualificationsTravel RequiredNoneMajor/Essential Functions1.  Audit denials, review, research, rebill, appeal accordingly through ETM.2.  Communicate with and prep/submit proper documentation to third-party coding resources.3.  Maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Managed Care Programs and other carriers relative to accounts receivable follow up.4.  Maintain all AR logs in a timely and efficient manner.5.  100% chart audits, coding and clearing of provider clinic, lab, radiology and hospital claims specializing by site to include Pavilion (teaching clinic), Grand Expectations, The Center of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, The Center for Perinatal Medicine, Southwest Medical Women's and Children's, Gynecological Oncology in SWCC, OBGYN Lab and Embryology Lab.6.  Audit contract logs for timely and accurate reimbursement.7.  Responsible for the proper handling of all inquiries from internal and external parties relative to patient accounts.8. Audit, code and clear claims from Missing Charge Reports by site mentioned in #1.9.  Educate physicians on correct coding and documentation practices.
