The candidate should have 4–7 years of experience. Should be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Should have strong experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, vc and hedge funds. Should preferably have experience with joint ventures involving real estate and real estate development.
