Provide direction during all emergency events such as medical, fire, violence and crisis. Collaborate with external emergency services and personnelDeploy and assign contract security staffing coverage at multiple assigned locations. Provide clear guidance and ensure established policies and protocols are followedResearch and investigate events or acts in violation of security and business protocols and submit findingsManage internal physical security inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with security standards, contract mandates of Department of Defense, government and other client physical security requirements and measuresDevelop test plans to assess physical security measures by employing strategies to ensure comprehensive validation of physical security protection programsQualifications:Evaluate, design, and implement security and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for the employees, visitors, guests and property of Centene Corporation and its affiliates.Experience/Experience: Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years of emergency response and incident management experience, preferably within facility security. Familiarity with security systems and devices. License/Certification:Ability to obtain and maintain an armed security license and accompanying CCW certification from the governing jurisdiction within 90 days of hire.
