The candidate will perform first pass review, quality assurance, quality control, privilege review, and privilege logging on various projects as assigned. Will identify “hot documents” where applicable. Provide case-specific work product quality feedback to project attorneys as a set. Develop expertise in commonly used eDiscovery technologies. Identify and escalate legal and operational risks. Acquire knowledge of eDiscovery project best practices and demonstrate an attitude of continuous learning. Should have BA/BS from an accredited university. JD required. Must be technically competent, with the ability to absorb end-user training on new technology tools. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
